Cielo is the realized dream of Mariela Petroski, her husband Andrew and their five children.
Mariela grew up in a Mexican home where cooking was a family affair and you learned to do so at a young age. Whether it be a birthday party, a baptism or just a plain ol' Sunday get together, food was and continues to be the center of any gathering or celebration in the Hispanic culture. Embracing this culture has always held great importance to Mariela, and it is responsible for her sincere passion towards food and entertaining.
