After buying Cimarron Books & Coffeehouse - located in the shadow of the Cimarron Mountain Range, a preoccupation with everything coffee led to experimenting with roasting coffee at home. Preoccupation soon gave rise to obsession and the purchase of a 3 kilo commercial roaster; out of which Cimarron Coffee Roasters was born.

Cimarron is a micro-roaster that is passionate about offering sweet, clean, affordable and sustainable coffee. Roast profiles are developed for each bean to expose the inherent distinctive properties of the lots we choose to share. We roast small batches to order and get your coffee to you as fresh as humanly possible.
