70' x 100' indoor arena with heated observation room and bathroom, individual tack lockers, 100' x 160' outdoor arena, 60' roundpen, heated outside waterers in 50' x 100' pipe turnout pens(1-2 horse per pen) and 10' x 10' stalls with rubber mats cleaned daily. 12% pelleted feed and 1st, 2nd or 3rd cutting alfalfa/grass hay fed. Board is $285.00 per month.
