Circuits of Life

Circuits of Life aims to help senior citizens by educating them about chronic disease's as well as offer exercise in a circuit format to help improve activities of daily living, overall mood and improve longevity.

At circuits we want to work with seniors and give them the knowledge to prepare them to be able to deal with our bodys yearly changes. We educate on Cardiovascular Health, Falls/Falls Prevention and Dementia Alzheimer's to name a few, we also work with our clients to exercise on a personal level. This invovles interactive booklets for them to follow along as well week to week.
We are in association with the Epi-Centre at the University of Windsor campus as this business develops they will help guide us to provide the best quality service we can. Along with Chartwell Retirement Residence we are looking to grow the business from the perspectives of our senior citizens.
