All classes are 1-1/2 hours in length. The first 30 minutes are dedicated to warm-up and flexibility and the last 10 minutes to conditioning. The price list is as follows:
Private: $40.00

Group: $17.00 (2 or more students)

Class Pass: $45.00 (3 classes per week) - Classes can be in any offered discipline - ie: three silk lessons per week or two silks lessons and a trampoline lesson per week etc...

Aerial Silks (Tissu):

In this class, we teach basic skills through advanced skills - you will progress at your own pace. If your technique is strong, you will progress faster. Click here for a video of Csaba performing aerial silks.

Aerial Straps:

Aerial straps are mainly a male skill, but that shouldn't stop any interested females from taking lessons, there are successful females who perform aerial straps as well. The strap is made of a cotton webbing that is quite harsh on your skin, so expect some pain in the beginning months. Half the skills can be used with aerial silks as well, but there are many tricks that require this special webbing. Click here for a video of Csaba performing aerial straps.

Tumbling:

There is a double sided mechanic to help with new skills.

Trampoline:

We are so excited about our new 'in-floor' trampoline. Our double mechanic will assist as you learn this new skill.

Lyra:

Lyra (Aerial Hoop) is a round aerial circular apparatus suspended from the ceiling, about the size of a hula hoop, on which to perform aerial acrobatics. Can be used static, spinning, or swinging.

Static Trapeze (Fixed Trapeze):

In static trapeze, contrast to the other forms of trapeze, the bars and ropes mainly stay in place. It can be performed by a single artist or by two partners working together. A single artist will do tricks above and below the bar, the ropes playing just as important a part as the bar. A partner act will involve the partners working together — supporting each other's weight, throwing, lifting and catching each other.

Chinese Pole:

A vertical steel pole on which performers climb, slide down and hold poses. We incorporate skills from both pole dancing holds and Chinese Pole.

Irish Step Dancing:

Taught by Csaba's wife, Trisha who has been dancing since the age of 5. Here you will learn hard and soft shoe dances that are both traditional and uniquely choreographed.
