City Club of New Iberia

Our Banquet/Reception Hall can accommodate various sizes and types of receptions, meetings and gatherings. City Club of New Iberia may be rented on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for 4 hours/$350 or 8 hours/$650. The facility can also be rented on Friday or Saturday for 5 hours/$650 or 9 hours/$850. The hours above are the total hours we rent the facility, which includes setup, event and cleanup time. If you need more time, additional time can be paid for, in advance, at $65 per hour. Reservations are taken up to 18 months in advance. We only reserve dates with a paid deposit of $250, which goes towards your rental balance. A completed application and either full payment of rental fee or $250 down payment, are required to process the reservation. The down payment is non-refundable.

Regarding catering, City Club of New Iberia does not have an in-house caterer, allowing you to choose a caterer to your liking or to cater the event yourself. Our facility does has a fully equipped kitchen and preparation area, as well as a large refrigerated storage area for food and drinks.

Tables and chairs are provided free of charge. Linens may be rented starting at $6.00 per linen. We have white linens, however you can bring in your own if that is something you are interested in. We also have flower centerpieces in neutral colors. These are provided free of charge, but if you wish to bring in something of your own, just let us know in advance so they are not set out. If you bring in your own, we do not allow "open flame" centerpieces in the facility.

The main reception floor is 2000 square feet and can accommodate up to 165 individuals, depending on table setup ... the more tables and chairs you set up, the less room for people to comfortably flow. We can assist you with table numbers verses people.
