The City of D'Iberville is located on the Eastern Border of Harrison County, Mississippi, adjacent to Interstate HWY 10, 71 miles east of New Orleans and 50 miles west of Mobile. D'Iberville is part of a large regional community located on Interstate 10, the primary transportation route that runs along the southern boundary of the United States stretching from California to Florida. The region consists of (6) counties (Pearl River, Stone, George, Hancock, Harrison, and Jackson) with a total population 466,900 according to the 2010 Census.
