City of Godley Fire Department

The City of Godley Fire Department is dedicated to serving the citizens of Godley and western Johnson County. Station 1 is located at 200 S. Main and houses 1 Engine, 1 Tanker, 1 light rescue and 4 Brush/Attack rigs. CareFlite Medic 907 is housed here as well.
Station 2 is located at 6317 Sky road and Houses 1 Engine, 1 light rescue and 3 Brush/Attack rigs. 2015 ended with the department running right at 1,100 calls to service and both stations have daytime staffing M-F.
We current have 24 active members, consisting of 9 paramedics, 5 EMTs and 4 ECAs. All have differing levels of fire certification and some have specialties in technical fields.
