City of San José, Therapeutic Art & Wellness - Grace

This program is a unique community-based, social, recreational, therapeutic and educational program in Santa Clara County. The GCC program is the result of a unique partnership between the City of San José's Department of Parks, Recreation & Neighborhood Services and Santa Clara County's Mental Health Department. At GCC people who would otherwise be isolated, or be at high risk for hospitalization, are provided a safe, creative, and stimulating environment to participate in a variety of therapeutic, educational and culturally diverse programs. Serving up to 150 participants each day, the Grace Community Center operates out of our new community center at Northside Commuinity Center. Come by and check us out!!!
