The City Place at the Promenade (CITY PLACE) Facebook Fan page (https://www.facebook.com/cityplacepromenade) is a page on which fans of CITY PLACE can meet, engage, and communicate with one another and CITY PLACE electronically. If at any time a member of the CITY PLACE Facebook community chooses to communicate using offensive, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate language, or expresses or makes references fraudulent or illegal, CITY PLACE reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to remove said post and permanently block said user. Similarly, if a member of the CITY PLACE Facebook community posts advertisements or any other content that is deemed inappropriate, irrelevant, or misplaced, CITY PLACE also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove these posts and ban these users. In short, CITY PLACE reserves the right to remove posts, feedback, comments, etc. from any user from the CITY PLACE page at any time and at its sole discretion.
Any user violating the City Place at the Promenade Facebook Moderation Policy is subject to removal from the page without notice.
