Civitan Beach Club of St. Petersburg

The Civitan Beach House is owned by the St Petersburg Civitan Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the promoting the health and well-being of persons with developmental disabilities through financial contributions to provide for medical research, training, education, and employment opportunities.

A rental agreement with the Foundation specifying the terms of service and payment schedule must be signed, and returned with a non-refundable reservation deposit of $500, payable to the St Petersburg Civitan Foundation. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to the event date. Check or Money Order ONLY.

Rental of the Civitan:

Monday- Thursday: $500.00
Sunday: $1000.00
Friday: $1250.00
Saturday: $1450.00

All food service must go through Orange Blossom Catering, they are the exclusive caterers for this venue.

Alcohol can be brought in, but for insurance reasons a bartender from Orange Blossom Catering will need to tend the bar.

Tables and chairs (for inside use only) are included in rental price.

The room is available for up to 8 hours.

Restrictions: You may not attach anything to the walls with tape or tacks, nor hang things from the ceiling. No flammable items are permitted inside or within 10 feet of the outside of the building, including candle hot air balloons.
