CKW Land Surveying, Inc

CKW Land Surveying, Inc. was incorporated December 17, 1997 by James D. Cantwell and Jeffrey J. Kondy. At that time,
Jim and Jeff had a combined 42 years of land survey experience.

Jim Cantwell retired from Major Land Surveying, formally Freese and Albplanip in 1997.
Jim had a great, and vast geographic knowledge of central Indiana. Jim cut back his
office hours in 2007, but stayed active in CKW, untill his death in March 2013. Jeff Kondy
an Indiana licensed surveyor himself with 35 years of land surveying under his belt
came from Schneider Engineering of Indianapolis. Jeff, specialized in commercial layout,
as well as GPS Technology, and he continues to guide our group today with that
same energy and innovation. Gregg Cantwell, came on board while we were renovating
our first office on South Main Street, Franklin. Gregg with a background in real estate, and
funeral service not only keeps our office running, but is the go to guy making sure our
customers receive the care they need.

In the spring of 2013, CKW received the working files, and records of Major Land
Surveying, and plan to archive them within our new office, planned for sometime
in 2014.
