Clarendon Day

Clarendon Day will be a full house. September 23, from 11am to 6pm, the streets surrounding the Clarendon Metro will be rocking!

With four free music stages, there will be plenty of great music. We are really delighted with our Main Stage lineup…but we’re quite proud to present the entire range of live music at Clarendon Day. Please support local music!

We also appreciate the work of our nonprofit beneficiaries of Clarendon Day–Portico Church Clarendon and Arlington Independent Media, home to WERA 96.7. Their support and volunteer assistance is an important part of Clarendon Day.

The Chili Cookoff is back again in 2016 on N. Highland Street by the Chili Cookoff Stage. Winners qualify for the ICS National Tournament, and funds raised at the Cookoff will benefit the National Kidney Foundation.

We’ll have more than 50 Arts and Crafts vendors this year, featuring everything from apparel to jewelry to art and photography and more. We have more than 20 food purveyors including many of Clarendon’s favorites. Because Clarendon Day is a community festival, we’ll be featuring more than 30 local nonprofits, because we always want to make it easy for our community to connect with its service providers, And we have more than 50 Clarendon and area exhibitors who have goods and services on offer, who want you to stroll by and say hello.
