Clarion Hotel

The Clarion Hotel Downtown features 87 rooms consisting of 58 double queen tower rooms, 28 king tower rooms, and one hospitality/parlor room.

Our guests’ rooms feature wireless high speed internet, data ports, and voice mail. The Biz Net Desk is accessible in our lobby and free of charge for all guests.

The hotel is located in downtown Columbia. It is surrounded by 5 Points and the Vista and Downtown ~ Main Street Districts. These areas are well known for fine dining, entertainment, and shopping. The central location of our hotel allows for easy access to these areas as well as the University of South Carolina, Benedict College, Allen University, their athletic facilities as well as Government Buildings, Corporate Offices, and the Columbia Metropolitan Airport.

Our meeting and banquet facilities total 4500 square feet of flexible space in our Palmetto Ballroom which sub divides into 4 equal size salons. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi access in each salon as well as all in house audio visual. Additional audio visual is available for an additional fee.

Our onsite lounge features daily specials along with week-day happy hour prices as well as a pool table, bowling game, and golf game.

Our Carolina’s restaurant offers breakfast daily from 7am – 10am and dinner Monday – Saturday from 5pm – 10pm or later depending on occupancy.
