Clark Tower is a well-known architectural landmark located in East Memphis, Tennessee. The 34 story office tower provides spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding area and metropolitan Memphis. Ample covered parking is provided by an attached seven-level parking garage, which also includes a concourse on the ground level, occupied by retail and office tenants desiring external identity and access.

Clark Tower was developed by Clark & Clark a well known local family of Memphis, Tennessee. Beginning in 1993, a two-phase capital expenditure program totaling $6.0 million commenced to renovate the Property and update the systems to comply with current codes. The program, designed to create a first class office environment, included remodeling restrooms, elevators, lobbies, and corridors on multi-tenant floors; enhancing the performance of the building systems by rebalancing the air handling system; installing new landscaping and signage along Poplar Avenue; completing garage repairs and updating the life safety system, including fire protection sprinklers, a state-of-the-art alarm system, three-hour fire separations at entries between the parking garage and the office tower and a new emergency generator.
