On April 8, 2010 the site at 223 Crowell Drive, NW was officially named "Clearwater Artist Studios at Gibson Village." The site consists of 38,000 square feet of building space. Old buildings are being used as the seeds to encourage both growing and established artists to move into the Gibson Village area and use space to create, display, and sell their art.
As of September 2011, ClearWater artists began moving into the first completed phase of renovations. Together, the WaterWorks Studio and the first phase of the Operations Studios contain 10 studios and a 2,200 square foot gallery.
