Clearwater Bagels opened in 1981. Brian Morris moved here from Great Neck, NY where he learned the "bagel trade". While going to college he began his baking career at a local NY bagel bakery. There he was taught the craft of making the traditional food. For over 30 years he has continued making a traditional bagel, carefully insuring the quality while using the best of ingredients. Our bagels are boiled-baked fresh every day. We also bake our own ruguleah and Russian tea biscuits. Our estate-grown Arabica coffee is roasted fresh right here on the premises. We carry 14 flavors of cream cheeses.
