We are a Labor and Employment Law Firm with 20 yrs. experience. The majority of our client base is made up of public safety employees and their labor unions throughout Washington State. This includes the men and women who work at various police departments, corrections facilities, fire stations, 9-1-1 centers, and other public institutions.

Not only do we find innovative, creative, and fair resolution of disputes for our labor relations clients, we also bring this approach to individuals who have disputes with their employers. Our attorneys are committed to seeking justice for individuals who have been wrongfully terminated or discriminated against by their employers, have suffered a hostile work environment on the job, or have had their wages withheld.

In this capacity, we represent both private and public sector employees, whether or not they are union affiliated and in all industries.
