Early Intervention Clinton County

Clinton County Help Me Grow programs include: Early Intervention, Home Visiting and MIECHV (Maternal, Infant, Early Childhood Home Visiting). Referred families will be guided to appropriate Help Me Grow and community resources based on the needs and priorities of the child and family.
