Cloe's skills include Craniosacral Therapy learned directly under its developer, Dr. John Upledger, DO, OMM, as well as the classic cranial osteopathic techniques, manual medicine, including the classic cranial osteopathy (Sutherland DO), muscle energy (Mitchell DO), Visceral Manipulation (JP Barral DO) and Lymph Drainage Therapy (B. Chikly MD), The Tao/Dao and Qi.

Cloe has received her Medical Qigong Doctorate from the International Institute of Medical Qigong (IIMQ). IIMQ was authorized by the Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (HUTCM) in 2006 to be its Overseas College of Medical Qigong, modeled after the curriculum of the Medical Qigong College at the Hai Dian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing , China.
