Club Pilates

Pilates is a total body work out using the core principles of Joseph Pilates. All teachers/trainers are trained and certified. Club Pilates customizes each work out to individuals strengths and weaknesses. Build lean muscles and develop a strong core while making a connection between Mind and Body. Through proper technique,controlled breathing, and muscle memory the client will receive a full body work out.
