PJ O'Clair's clubXcel is a specialty training center for fitness instructors and individuals in a variety of premier training approaches. In addition to being the home of Northeast Pilates Education, New England's most recognized facility for STOTT PILATES® teacher training and education / certification programs, we offer customized group and personal conditioning programs in STOTT PILATES®, TRX® Training, and inspired movement.

Our programs, courses, and classes enable people of all levels and ages to achieve their fitness and mind/body wellness goals. Examples of our program offerings include:

•Instructor Training — STOTT PILATES® Rehabilitation Program; Intensive Mat-Plus, Intensive Reformer; Injury & Special Populations; Cadillac, Chair & Barrels as well as Advanced Repertoire in Mat, Reformer, and Cadillac, Chair & Barrels. We also have TRX® Suspension and Rip Trainer instructor courses.
•Fitness Classes — Small Pilates classes as well as TRX® classes, SPINNING®, ZUMBA® classes, and Pilates matwork and equipment-based classes.
