Capt. Gary Dubiel will be your speaker. Captain Gary Dubiel is the owner and operator of Spec Fever Guide Service in Oriental, North Carolina. Spec Fever is a light tackle and fly rod charter service fishing the Neuse River out of Oriental and New Bern, Pamlico Sound and the Crystal Coast. Capt. Gary is on the TFO Advisory Staff and Pro Staff with DOA Lures, Costa and Columbia Clothing and works with other fine products like Penn Reels, Min Kota, Rapala, Sufix and Simms. He has appeared on my sports fishing TV shows, in numerous magazines and books. His is a frequent speaker at the Saltwater Sportsman National Seminar Series and the Fly Fishing Show as well at numerous other events. Capt. Gary is also an IGFA fly rod world record holder.
