Early Intervention:
The North Carolina Infant-Toddler Program is a variety of agencies working together to provide early intervention services for children ages birth to three who have special needs and their families. Research shows that this time period is critical and intervention is proven to make a positive difference in how a child develops and learns.

There are eighteen Children's Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across North Carolina which work with local service providers to help families help their children succeed, we are one of those providers. Community Based Rehabilitative Services:

Community Based Rehabilitative Services (CBRS.) is developmental intervention uniquely designed to enhance cognitive, physical, behavioral, self-help, social-emotional, and language skills. This rehabilitative therapy for infants and toddlers is done through PLAY! We work with parents, childcare centers, and other providers to help a child reach their fullest potential. CBRS is one service available to support children and families from birth to age three who have been determined eligible by the Children’s Developmental Services Agency (CDSA) for the North Carolina Infant Toddler Program.
