We are here to help guide you in your searches for a more holistic, natural health plan. We have a retail section to provide you with the tools to create applications and blends that will suit your personal needs. We offer health and nutrition coaching to help you learn how to eat correctly for your body. Not every person will succeed following one nutrition plan, so these plans are specifically designed for you. After speaking with one of our health coaches, and outlining what goals you would like to meet, you will collaborate on an eating style, and plan that is comfortable for you. This plan helps you to maintain this eating style for the rest of your life, so you can quit yo-yo dieting We offer physical health modalities including massage, ortho bionomy, ionic foot detoxes, and acupuncture. Our massage therapists are excellent at working with you to promote full soft tissue healing in your body. Where you have pain, discomfort, or a decrease in your range of motion, our therapists are specially trained to help you regain function without pain. We are well practiced in deep tissue massage, and have a quality understanding of anatomy and physiology in order to help you heal faster, and without excessive treatments. At Coastal Wellness, we are proud to partner with Bryony at Moving into Balance to offer Ortho-Bionomy, Reiki, and private yoga sessions. We are also proud to partner with Michael at Healing Point Therapies to offer acupuncture, medical Qi-Gong, and herbal coaching. An ionic foot detox can help to jump start your full-body detox from the inside out. By placing your feet into a bath of water, and adding a machine that effectively creates a negative ionic charge in the water, we can help to circulate negatively charged ions throughout your body. This process helps to draw out the positively charged toxins from your lymphatic system, and thus begins your detox.
