College Hill is a residential neighborhood in Easton, Pennsylvania. The neighborhood is situated on a hill overlooking downtown Easton. Lafayette College borders the neighborhood on its southwest side. The northern boundary of the neighborhood is Forks Township. The boundary lies along Chestnut Ridge, a steep hill that rises to 700 feet.The neighborhood has 855 buildings, primarily built between 1830 and 1940. The district contains a mix of architectural styles, including Gothic Revival, Italianate, Queen Anne, Stick Style, Colonial Revival, Classical Revival, Tudor Revival, Dutch Colonial Revival, Georgian Revival, Foursquare, and Homestead Temple House.One notable building is McKelvy House (200 High St.) designed in 1888 by McKim, Mead, and White. The building is currently owned by Lafayette College and used as a student residence.
