The College of Nursing offers a wide range of professional nurse education programs that are housed within Christian values and ethical principles. These programs include:
• A traditional baccalaureate (BSN) level professional registered nurse (RN) program, aimed at new students interested in becoming a nurse;
• A fast track baccalaureate level professional registered nurse program, tailored for students with an existing baccalaureate degree in another subject or 90 + credit hours of college coursework;
• A RN to BSN program, targeted toward registered nurses who have completed an associate degree or diploma program in professional nursing;
• A RN to MS program, targets toward professional registered nurses who have completed an associate or diploma program in nursing. These students are not awarded a BSN;
• The Master of Science - Nursing (MS-N) program focuses on preparing nurses for an advanced professional role of family nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, nursing leader, or nurse educator.
• All RN-BSN and MS programs are offered on ground using a web-enhanced format. In addition RN to BSN program and the Master of Science programs in nursing leadership and nursing education are also offered online. Coursework is customized for both young and adult learners as well as those with basic and advanced computer skills.
