Collingswood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Collingswood is Montgomery County's premier nursing and rehabilitation center. Our short-term unit center helps individuals who are recovering from surgery and other acute illness. Physical, occupational and speech therapy is provided by our highly skilled team up to six days a week.
Our in-house dialysis center provides dialysis services for our clients during their stay with us. We also provide a safe and secure wing for our resident's with advanced memory impairment and Alzheimer's Disease.
