Colonial Haven Care and Rehabilitation Center

Colonial Haven Care and Rehabilitation Center is located in Greensboro, Alabama at 616 Armory Street. Colonial Haven was founded in 1953 in the 1860 home of the president of Southern University as Greensboro Nursing Home. Colonial Haven, formerly known as Greensboro Nursing Home/Greensboro Healthcare, has been owned by American Health Corporation for over 25 years. Initially, Colonial Haven was an intermediate care facility, but became a fully skilled long-term care facility in 1985. We have accepted Medicaid and private pay residents as well as Medicare Part A residents for short-stay recovery since then.
