Colony Cellars

Our first grapes were planted in 1999. Our rows are 450 feet in length and we plant a little over one-half mile of trellis each year. The vineyard has a total of seven grapes. Black Spanish, Blanc duBois, Chambourcin, Magnolia, Carlos, Noble and Cynthiana. Starting in 2004 we have also planted one thousand Christmas trees each year. Every tree and every grape plant has it's own water spigot. Ultimately we will have thirty acres of grapes and twelve acres of Christmas trees. We opened for business November 10, 2006.

SPECIAL DAYS

Thirsty Thursdays. On this day you can buy a case (12 Bottles) or more of wine for a 15% discount. Come out and save enough to pay for your gas.

Fondue Fridays. We will be serving a fondue duet along with a glass of wine for $8.00. The duet will be two chocolates, or cheese and chocolate, meats, tortellini’s-you name it.

Slider Saturdays. Two sliders and a glass of wine for $8.00. The sliders have flame cooked meats marinated in our own secret sauce with buns from Sweet Mesquite Bakery. Starts May 6, 2010 and its delicious!

Singing Sundays. All afternoon there will be Karaoke on the Patio. Come out and sing your heart out to the birds and the bees and the Koi in the pond. Starts June 3, 2010.

Best Special day of all? Your birthday! On the date of your birthday you get a free bottle of wine with the purchase of a bottle. If we are not open on your birthday offer is good the last day we are open before your birthday.
