Colorado Springs Human Resource Association

The Colorado Springs Human Resources Association was formerly the Colorado Springs Personnel Women, Inc (CSPW). A prominent member of our community Cari Shaffer (then President) and other businesswomen formed CSPW in 1983-1984. In 1996, the then President Lili Suiter, and the Board of the CSPW requested the name change to Colorado Springs Human Resources Association (CSHRA). The name was officially changed in 1997. Today, CSHRA is growing with the same purpose and goals since 1983.
