We here at Colorful Scales,LLC are Veteran owned and operated (US Army vets). We have what we consider a awesome collection of reptiles and small animals that continues to grow day by day. We take pride in every thing we do and back that up 100%. We breed Ball Pythons, corn snakes, king snakes, hog nose, carpet Pythons and bearded dragons. On the small animal side of the house we have Rats, mice and African soft fur rats. We also have a few species of feeder insects going with more to come. The most important thing to us is the Animals health and proper care.

Policy:

Reptile:
We offer local pickup(Free), delivery to local shows we are vending ($25 fee) or Regional shipping ($50 fee). We ship Fed ex overnight priority with insulated boxes and hot/cold packs as needed. For Live arrival Guarantee someone must be there to sign for the shipment or LAG is void. We do not want a Reptile sitting on the porch unattended in the elements. For any reason a reptile is DOA and a refund is due we will ship a replacement or give store credit. But you must contact us immediately to inform us of the situation.

Live insects:
We offer local pickup ( Free ), USPS Priority 2 Day ($8), Fed ex overnight($25). Prices are subject to change.
All live insects are freshly packed the morning is shipping/pick up to ensure they are fresh and healthy. We pack a 10% over count to account for any DOA feeders. For Live arrival Guarantee you must ship Fed ex overnight and sign for your package. Any issues contact us immediately to inform us. LAG replacement is another equal shipment or store credit.

Small animals :
No shipping available, local pickup (Free), or delivery to a show ($25 fee).
Any pet line/Breeder small animals sold come with a 14 day guarantee. If a animal dies of natural causes in that time frame(not neglect) we will replace it or issue store credit.

Holds/Payment plans:
No Reptile, Small animals or other items we sell will be held unless we receive a 25% non refundable deposit. Deposits only hold a specific item for 7days. After that time period the item on hold becomes available again to the public unless you contact us for a payment plan. Our payment plans rang from 30-90 days max based on total Dollar value spent. Any Animals that are on a payment plan will continue to be well feed and cared for until they leave our facility. We will notify you one week from the end of the payment plan with total amount due for pickup/Shipping, the rest is up to you. 24 hrs after the plan is up if you are not paid in full and atleast contacted us we will re list the animal/item for sale.
