In the Heart of the Motherlode Gold Country you’ll find Columbia College which hosts the Culinary and Pastry Arts Program, certified by the American Culinary Federation. It is a two year community college program which offers a variety of degrees and certificates that can emphasize in a Chef’s Degree, Hotel or Restaurant Management Degree, or Pastry and Dessert Chef Degree along with many others.
