CUL Head Start dedicates itself to providing a comprehensive child development program for eligible children three to five years of age and their families. The program is designed to support a family’s role as the primary educator of their child. CUL Head Start serves children and families by fostering comprehensive premier, quality early childhood education services in low-income communities. We promote school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive development of low-income children and provide families healthy, educational, nutrition, social, and other services that are determined, based on family needs assessments, to be necessary
