Here's how it works: Open an account online at CommonGood.earth. Put some money in it. Use your card for purchases at a growing number of participating businesses.

Like a bank, your community can invest money held in the accounts.

Unlike a bank, You and other members decide together how the money is used for community projects and the common good. For example, you might fund renewable energy or make sure everyone has enough to eat.

The idea is to shift power from big business and big government back to communities, where we know and care more.
