Communication Coach - Alex Lyon

My goal is to help support rising leaders everywhere through weekly content and tip videos on communication and leadership.

My first few jobs as a young fella taught me that my front-line managers were the key make-or-break part of my job. My good supervisors provided the support, training, and positive relationships needed to make the job great. My not-so-good supervisors made life hard and hurt the company.

The lesson I learned was this: Leaders at this level have a huge impact on the lives of the vast majority of employees.

Those early work experiences motivated me to study communication in the workplace and even teach college on the subject.

The Youtube channel and this FB page that accompany it provide videos and resources to teach leadership communication skills. Most rising leaders at these front-line-levels in organizations do not receive the kind of training they desire to grow quickly into great leaders. We usually get promoted for our technical skill and need additional support to develop an effective, well-rounded leadership approach.

My vision is to help make the world a better place through better communication and leadership through these videos.
