COMMUNITY HEALTH PROGRAMS

We strive to provide high quality health and wellness care to residents of the Berkshire County region in Massachusetts. CHP accepts all patients, regardless of insurance status, at its practice sites throughout the Berkshires. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) which allows us to accept insurances other providers do not. We also offer sliding fee scales to those who qualify.

With over 60,000 patient encounters a year CHP has grown 300% in the last two years and will continue to grow and adapt to the changing healthcare needs of our area.
