Casting Director Sarah Clark has auditioned thousands of actors for hundreds of commercials and dozens of films.

Compass Casting was created in 2013 when Sarah moved to Chicago. After a long film career in Oklahoma working as the casting associate at Freihofer Casting, Sarah moved to a bigger market to continue her career.

Sarah is passionate about finding the right cast for every project. Actors feeling safe in the audition room and clients feeling heard throughout the casting process is paramount at Compass Casting.
