Our mission at CNC is to strategically apply the established methods of the CrossFit training program within our community in order to most efficiently optimize the fitness level of each of our athletes. We seek first to develop sound mechanics for each movement to support sustainable safe progressions. This can only be accomplished through consistent efforts of our trainers and athletes alike to stay focused and dedicated to quality movement and progressions individually achievable. Only as the mechanics are consistently executed properly should the intensity be increased. This fundamental process and its application are equally valuable in the development of all athletes from beginner to the most elite.

CNC represents a simple truth in the competitive spirit. There is a little “Competitive Nature” in most all of us and our greatest battles are within. Challenge yourself to complete those things that you knew were possible and never let fear keep you from conquering that which once seemed impossible! “The only person you need to be better than, is the person you were yesterday” Unknown.
