Complete Auto Repair Zone

Todd Stiles and Damon Pavlas worked together in the past. They had a dream of owning our own repair shop. We had a lot of the same values, and same work ethics and knew that together if we worked as a team, this dream could become a reality. We finally decided to put our dreams into motion and started looking for a building in November 2008. We “stumbled” upon the building that was located at 5220 Brevard Rd. With a lot of hard work, help from family members and friends, we got the business up and going and ready to service customers. Our opening day was 4/6/09.

C.A.R.Z. (Complete Auto Repair Zone) was now open for business. Owners Todd and Damon wanted to have an automotive repair shop that catered to our customers that maybe other local shops did not offer. We knew the importance of being honest; being fair. We knew the importance of having a good rapport with customers. We knew the importance of having educated, qualified mechanics. Put all of the above together and you have found C.A.R.Z.

Several months after opening, we found ourselves in a dilemma. The demand for repair service was so great. The word in town had gotten around about our shop and we were facing a huge problem 4-5 months after opening. The problem….. Lack of space. Ironically again, we “stumbled” upon a building next door available at 5208 Brevard Road. So, in January 2010, the business moved next door. 1 year later, due to even more growth, we will once again occupy the building at 5220 where our success had started. The building at 5220 will house the alignment machine. We will offer tire service and alignment service. Our current location at 5208 we will continue to do inspections, and automotive repair service.

We are a clean professional organization. We promise to provide you with honesty, fairness, and respect. You will always be greeted by a friendly, caring employee.

Since opening our doors, we have seen such tremendous growth. The community has embraced us. We have so many loyal customers and we thank them every day for all of their support. Every year in April, since we have been in existence, we have had a customer appreciation day. We offer hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and drinks. It is a day for the staff at C.A.R.Z. to relax and enjoy our customers. It is our way of saying thanks. We plan to continue this ritual every year .
