Concho Yoga

In our yoga class you will find the physical postures, poses, and exercises that work directly on your body and, in turn, on the mind. People are attracted to Iyengar yoga because it's benefits are felt immediately. Yoga is for everyone. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. We focus on the breathe bring deeper awareness and concentration. We teach a style of yoga that (using yoga props and principles of alignment) allows our students to stay safe and feel challenged.
