Concord is a home rule-class city in Lewis County, Kentucky, in the United States. The population was 28 at the 2000 census. The racial makeup of the city was 96.43% White, and 3.57% from two or more races.There were 13 households out of which 23.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.8% were married couples living together, 7.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.1% were non-families. 15.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 7.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
