Configure operates in four, inter-related lines of business. The first is as channel partner to the industry’s carriers and IT infrastructure service providers. Companies like AT&T and others rely on Configure’s expertise and reach to distribute their solutions in geographies and to market segments otherwise without direct coverage. Configure has earned the designation as “Solution Provider Champion” from AT&T for both sales volume and client satisfaction. Configure has been an AT&T business partner since its inception.

Many of the solutions we distribute require some element of integration. Configure has Professional Service practice areas that are aligned with nearly all the carrier and IT offers it sells. From network planning, design and implementation services, data center and cloud strategy and planning to unified communications integration, Configure has the human talent to deliver end-to-end solutions. These engagements are offered directly, or as an AT&T Network Integration (NI) solution. Configure is one of a very select group of SPs that is also a delivery organization for AT&T professional services – another testament to Configure’s technical expertise and execution.

A third line of business is our Telecom Expense Management as a Service (TEMaaS). TEMaaS is a purpose-built, cloud-based solution accessible from any device with an internet connection. As with most of the solutions Configure markets – whether carrier, IT infrastructure or its own branded solutions like TEMaaS – we also offer accompanying professional services. In the TEM space, these are Telecom Audit and Recovery services.

The fourth and final practice area is IT Search. Configure has experienced recruiters to fill any staffing need: short-term, long-term, contract with right to hire. We utilize both technology and the leading recruiting techniques that only come from depth of experience in the IT staffing arena to deliver the highest caliber candidates.
