Confluence

Confluence is an indoor cycling and yoga studio in Cleveland Heights in the heart of Coventry Village.

As experienced cyclists, “We bring the outdoors inside.” Taught differently from a typical spin class, our aim is to encourage and develop strong and proper form on a bicycle. We ride with intensity and authenticity in our indoor cycling classes to create strength and endurance. Similarly, our certified yoga instructors strive to bring optimal alignment to the mat for a safe, eye-opening experience.

The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. The confluence of an energetic indoor cycle ride with an introspective yoga practice creates a synergistic bliss not achieved by a single activity.

Confluence is a judgment free zone. We welcome everyone into our community – from those seeking a beginner’s yoga class to those with a more advanced practice. We would not be here without the supportive community of students, past and present, who come through our doors. We learn from them. They inspire us to be and do our best – for them!
