The Connected Soul

We pause and breathe deeply. We dance and move and sweat and strengthen. We connect with ourselves and each other. We meditate and acknowledge the comings and goings of thoughts and emotions. We chant and om. We find peace in our hearts and extend peace out into our communities, our world. We love and accept ourselves and all others, known and unknown.
