We are the Connollys – Mike, Natalie, Bridget, Austin, Brian & Liam—a tight-knit Irish-American family with a strong sense of heritage and a work-ethic to match. With our love for life and a collective sense of humor that will keep you on your toes, we are dedicated to the family unit and we hope to embody the traditions of Ireland and the versatility of our rich American culture into Connolly’s Public House.

We are in the final stages of launching a genuine, fun, family-owned Irish Pub that combines two elements we feel strongly about:
Embracing the classic traditions and cultural elements found in Irish pubs both in America and in Ireland; and catering to a vibrant, dynamic American market with a menu that brings Irish food into the new millennium—a careful blend of feeling good and eating well.

As part of feeling good, Connolly’s will offer the congenial atmosphere of a true Public House - an extension of the proprietor’s living room. It will be a place where the neighborhood can congregate, celebrate and enjoy good company and great “craic (an Irish term for fun, entertainment, and enjoyable conversation). Everybody needs a place to just chill and socialize – and if your definition of “socialize” means stopping in for a beer and free WiFi to check Facebook, that’s fine too!

We anticipate families and patrons of all ages will visit and be comfortable enjoying a meal, a drink, and the camaraderie of a neighborhood gathering place. Our belief is that the lively culture of the Irish extends to all through an eclectic selection of music, dancing, story-telling, and celebration. Join us for a game of pool or darts, a televised sporting event, world news on the TV, or maybe an evening of karaoke. The fun just never ends with the Connollys!

Since we want to feed and nourish the community with quality dishes, our belief is that Irish food can be both traditional and flavorful, if not a bit whimsical. Choices will include standard Irish Pub fare, family-dinner specials, and dishes that appeal to the more adventurous. The menu will allow for fresh, healthy choices and accommodate dietary needs with gluten free, vegetarian, and lower fat options. We believe that Irish Pub food doesn’t need to be boring and that a menu can be done well without approaching the “fine dining” end of the price spectrum. Most menu items will fall in the $8-18 range. We anticipate the use of local suppliers and farm-to-table food sources when available. This will allow us to support local farming, reduce packaging, lower transportation costs, as well as the ability to compost a large portion of our garbage thus helping to reduce our carbon footprint.
