Conquer Performance Consulting LLC is a small business located in Savannah, GA that works with athletes, teams, and individuals on training the mind to help you Conquer your performance goal! It is easy to understand the importance of training your body through going to the gym or practice, but often we do not give deliberate attention to building confidence or learning how to perform under pressure. At CPC, we will teach you evidence-based mental skills from the fields of sport and performance psychology to help you perform at your best when it matters most! Professional teams and athletes, U.S. military, olympians, and NCAA schools are beginning to see the competitive-edge added by using a mental skills coach and now you can too!

What Makes CPC Unique? We offer a free initial observation (if within the Savannah, GA
area) and consultation before we begin! This way our Conquer Coach gets to see you in action and discuss whether or not our Conquer Skills are for you. CPC also offers training over the phone or through FaceTime/Skype for the on-the-go athlete or family.
