Consolidated Care includes the combined forces of the former Mental Health Services and Alcohol/Drug Addiction Services agencies. Although our name has changed, we continue to provide the best substance abuse treatment, mental health counseling and crisis intervention support in the region. Together we are the premier provider of mental health and alcohol/drug treatment services in Logan and Champaign counties.

Consolidated Care receives funding from the Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol Services Board of Logan and Champaign County. CCI has certifications from the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services. CCI is CARF-accredited for the following programs:

All services are provided by appropriately licensed, trained staff in the least restrictive environment. CCI endeavors to provide quality services to all persons served. A sliding fee scale is available to those who qualify and most insurance coverage is accepted, as well.
