Consonus Healthcare is made up of two main business lines: Rehab & Pharmacy.

Consonus Rehab operates rehab programs (Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapies) primarily in post-acute care facilities, assisted living & retirement communities. We service all of our Marquis Care locations, as well as, over forty other facilities across the United States committed to the highest standards of patient care & rehabilitation.

Consonus Pharmacy is an Institutional Pharmacy & we are located in Redmond, WA, Portland, OR & Vacaville, CA. All three pharmacies provide services to the post-acute care communities in their regions.
