You MUST be 18 years old WITH VALID ID in order to get a Tattoo or Piercing (Only Lobe piercings can be done at 16 years old WITH VALID ID. All other applicable piercings must have a parent present, who also must have valid *matching* PHOTO ID). NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOEVER!!!!!

As a former Nurse of 15 years I believe that ALL EMS, Fire, Medical, Police, as well as Military SHOULD receive a 20% discount WITH ID! EVERYDAY! We also offer local college and University students a 10% every day (college ID required). Please tell your Tattoo Artist that you are eligible for discount when scheduling your appointment.

We proudly offer VEGAN TATTOO INKS By: "Stable Color" and all product on hand for those who desire a tattoo without 'animal derived ingredients'. We have Traditional Inks also, such as Silverback, Kuro Sumi, Eternal Ink, Alla Prima and more....

Libby Mitchell has been tattooing local clients, students, and residents of Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas since 2005, after retiring from her 15 year Nursing Career (WakeMed and Duke Affiliated Physicians) to pursue her artistic dreams. We ONLY do CUSTOM TATTOO DESIGN... as we believe that everyone who enters our studio deserves an a one of a kind piece of art and not a piece of wall "flash".

There is a $20 drawing fee for all custom designs which will be deducted off the price of your tattoo. Drawing deposits are non refundable upon completion of the art, or if you do not call to cancel (24 hours prior to your scheduled time) or do not show for your appointment. Starting in August 2017 we will no longer be accepting Credit Cards and are CASH ONLY.

Conspiracy Ink and staff strongly believe in supporting our local community and giving back when we can. We are proud to sponsor and donate to Animal Rescue teams, like SPARR, (Sound Pet Animal Rescue) and other great causes that support those in need in our community such as RPD's Run for our Heroes 5K road race, Operation Santa Paws, The Sierra Club, APS of Durham, The Wake County Animal Shelter, Turtle Pants Farm, JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), The American Cancer Society, Teen Suicide Prevention, InterAct and The LGBT. The shop also hosts various fund raising events, and we donate a percentage of each tattoo we do to that cause. We give back when we can, because we feel that is what builds a strong, healthy, and safe community for us all! We are always interesting in donating to local charities or charitable causes and if you have an event or cause that benefits Raleigh and the surrounding area please feel free to contact us as we would happy to help sponsor local events.
